My wife says you should have used Brie instead of goat cheese. it would have been thicker and cut through the blue cheese better. Also, a common ceramic bowl inside your pasta pot would have worked just about as well as what you used but heated quicker and more evenly.
I am offended! My favorite cheese is a cave aged, red cheddar, blue cheese… You have never put something so amazing in your mouth, as it is like moldy heaven!
