The closest game I can relate to is Fable III where I would find a group of people and run right through them. Between that and being able to kick a random chicken was one of the 2 best things you were able to do.

Idk which mod i'm using for my vampire but it allows for me to eesentially one shot anything I get behind, all I gotta do is click someone while I'm behind them no matter the level they're fuckin dead and their blood is mine.
It's alot of fun, in addition to that it gives me a potion of blood which strengthens me thrice fold.
I had someone actually bite me. I did not want it with good reason. I ended up going to the emergency room for torn muscles that had to be stitched back together.
