I have a tip for lockipicking. Buy all of them you can and youll mever run out
just some friendly advice on what you could spend your extra perk points in your destruction tree too help give you a better edge for your lvl. i would suggest first elemental specialization in fire for the extra 15 % bonus in fire, yes it lowers the shock and ice by 15% but you almost never use the enough to even notice it. Second i would suggest getting combustion up its second lvl from (1/2) to (2/2). it will make your fire spells and effects like burning up to 50% stronger the weaker the enemy is. so the more you cast your fire spells and hit the more the damage it will do. lastly im not sure if your only wearing robes or if you have other light/heavy armor peace on or not but if you do go all robes the Robes of the Magi will make all destruction spells 25% stronger.
using both the elemental spec. and robes of magi could/would increase your fire damage by 40% more damage making you a lot stronger and make some of thought crazy hard bosses your coming up to face in both eye of magness and the mod quest here soon.
