Honey bees aren’t aggressive by nature. The act of stinging is fatal to the bee so they avoid it unless given no other option. The main purpose of the face net is so that the bee keeper can see what they are doing and to stop the bees from getting close to their eyes.
The baby doesn’t actually need bee keeping kit in that instance and is pretty safe.

The ambulance is probably not an "emergency" ambulance, but is used for transports for kids from a local hospital to a children's hospital. I think CHOC in Orange County, CA had something like this, some years back.

Switch out the Logos and you have a Fallout themed Ambulance.
Since when does sonic die from touching water? There's plenty of underwater action in the original games.
Actually sonic got underwater stages but you have to keep your time limit to match the air bubbles otherwise you drown. If you going to reach the limit a dramatic melody starts and gives you more mental pressure to reach the next bubbles.
