You cant get the power armor frame off a dead person because they use biometrics aswell unless your a member of the brother hood of steel you cant override the biometrics and take it boom I also a geek of the story's of the games i play have to know everything before playing so i can really understand it and get into the game properly
I dont get that about fallout aswell enemy shooting you and you kill them loot them and no ammo or no ammo and different gun to what you seen in vats
