Wait is the quest you're on for Elisif vanilla or a modded quest? I can't really tell because of how well the Voice lines are. Plus I don't recognize hardly any of the mods on the list so I don't know right off the bat if any of them have anything to do with the quest. Plus there's the quest for Torygs war horn which I'm quite sure is vanilla. @MxR Plays

Hey MXR What Modd did you use to Romance Jarl Elsif I am Curious or rather what do you have to do to get that quest.
I like MxR and Jeannie, but they really dont read the comments. Every problem about been a vampire could be resolved IF they really wanted, but no…. They cured it. Very frustranting to wath while knowing about the comments.
