I think is a mod which optimize the texture for frost. hope it helps.
Too bad he stopped making these. This was like my favorite series of his.
maybe you could download sneaky kills? this mod allows you to killmove (instakill) any humanoid enemy (not robots) if you remain undetected either from the front or behind with any weapon (melee+ranged)
U should get the blitz perk. With that perk u can reach n atk ur enemy from a distance with a melds weapon. Although I'm not sure if it is still bug where the player like somehow still hits the enemy but like u weren't close to them nor did u "teleport" to them to hit them. It's as if u threw a rock at them and killed them with it. That's what it looks like.

Please do some settlement building cause just fighting for an our and thirty minutes or more is getting boring and a bit excessive :/
