When you look good and you say you`re ugly, it`s not just fishing for compliments. It`s mainly a pretty low self-esteem and a sign that you feel insufficient. And posting that behind the excuse to be funny (but hoping to be proved wrong), while all that being seen by everyone it`s a terrible thing to watch.

When I was younger if a girl said she was ugly I'd just say "Yes you are." Now I'm older and more conscious of people's feelings so my reply is "You're not ugly. You're just below average."
