Been re-watching their vids and oh my never realised how much of a hmm I guess a Karen they were about covid. So sad to think how many people just blindly follow. Peanut butter is probably one of the most unhealthy foods. It uses hydrogenated vegetable oil to maintain the butter consistency and spreadability at room temperature.
